Based in the Aylesbury office, this role will support the Property and Facilities Manager by undertaking a range of maintenance and facilities duties to ensure the building is fully functioning and compliant. They will also provide support to our Stoneleigh online booking platform and administrative support for our customers. Providing support for the operational functions that enable the organisation to effectively work within the office environments and warehouse space. Providing support to the Property and Facilities Manager in providing a high standard of building and facilities services, ensuring the workplace is safe, compliant, welcoming, and fully operational. The role contributes to creating a positive experience for employees, visitors and our tenants, helping to maintain smooth day-to-day operations across our sites.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the Property and Facilities Management team in the management of the Aylesbury building and facilities.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the building.
  • Act as the primary contact for all matters relating to the booking of events at the Stoneleigh Building, in liaison with Caretaker including advising on availability and suitability of the RKC Building for intended hire purpose, using the Avalan booking system.
  • Carry out day-to-day duties according to daily schedules, including but not limited to print, reprographics and postal services, scanning, data capture, and archiving.
  • Oversee with assistance of the Property and Facilities Team in the maintenance of health & safety and compliance for the building (including First Aid, Fire Management and L8) ensuring records are kept up to date on the Teams channel.
  • Be the primary Keyholder for Aylesbury, working with the keyholder company and alarm company in the event of any security breaches.
  • Oversee in setting up and organising spaces for meetings, events, or other activities as required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a similar role property, facilities or operational support role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of online booking platforms and associated administrative processes.
  • Strong customer focused approach.
  • Collaborative team player who builds effective working relationships.
  • Methodical, organised with ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • First Aid/Fire Marshall experience (desirable; full training will be provided if not already held).
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
