This role plays a key part in driving income and growing our customer base by handling a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries within our Customer Services Centre. You’ll be all about delivering a great customer experience, offering friendly, efficient, and effective support to make sure every customer feels valued and well looked after.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Accurately capturing and amending data relating to services and products within the required deadlines and standards.
  • Delivering excellent customer service through call handling, webchat, face‑to‑face and written communication.
  • Promoting relevant services and products during the enquiry handling process allowing customers to make informed decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, PCIDSS, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 (if applicable) in all work undertaken.
  • Providing support and guidance on the use of The Kennel Club website and other online services.
  • Capturing relevant customer feedback and ensuring it is channelled correctly.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience delivering a broad range of products and services including sales promotion.
  • Experience supporting customers using web related services.
  • Experience using bespoke CRM / database systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management.
  • Effective questioning and listening skills.
  • Experience of working to KPI’s and targets.
  • Ability to interpret and work with rules and regulations (including formal, i.e. GDPR, ISO, PCI).
