The Royal International Air Tattoo has been running for over 50 years and is staged in support of the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust. The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust’s vision is to ignite the passion for aviation and space, and inspire young minds upwards. Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the Customer Service function as first point of contact for general email and telephone enquiries on behalf of RAFCTE and RIAT.
  • Ensure all customer and company data captured is done so in full compliance with company policy and GDPR compliant processes.
  • Monitor stationary supplies for Douglas Bader House and ensure effective advance ordering for requirements.
  • Process customer complaints/refund requests in line with ticket T.
