We are embedding environmental and social responsibility across all that we do. With strong ambitions and clear goals, we’re committed to making measurable progress on carbon reduction, resource use, social impact and protecting the natural environment.

One of our key areas of focus is how we embed carbon data and reporting into central systems and ensure audit quality processes. Join us in the next chapter as we embed sustainability reporting into our core Finance teams. As Sustainability Data Analyst, you’ll help strengthen our data, sharpen our insights, and support smarter decision‑making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • You’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation’s data collection and management of GHG emissions (Scope 1 to 3), developing robust checks and processes to strengthen our internal controls and documentation.
  • You’ll also develop new processes and impact measures across areas such as social value, waste, water and nature.
  • You’ll help deliver regular reporting and analysis to help inform decisions across the organisation, as well as produce annual reports, disclosures and impactful data visualisations, for both external and internal audiences.
  • With an eye on compliance, you’ll ensure all our data and reporting disclosures align with regulatory requirements, implementing best practices, methodology and reporting developments.
  • You’ll drive continuous improvement by strengthening sustainability and ESG data processes and streamlining workflows to reduce manual processes.
  • You’ll build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support accurate data collection, while providing guidance and training to colleagues involved in sustainability reporting.
  • With some relevant previous experience (for example in using accounting tools, reporting systems or visualisation platforms) you’ll be looking to develop your expertise in sustainability reporting.
  • What’s more important however, is your genuine passion for and understanding of sustainability issues, and desire to make a difference through impactful data reporting and analysis.
  • With excellent data analysis and advanced Excel skills, you’ll be comfortable working with large and complex data sets to uncover meaningful insights.
  • You’ll be skilled at turning complex data into clear, engaging visuals, with experience of creating dashboards or reports for different audiences.
  • You’ll also have some experience of using data analysis to drive action and support better decisions.
  • Detail focused, proactive and ready to solve problems, you’ll be eager to improve data quality, strengthen controls and build end to end processes.
  • As a confident, adaptable communicator, and strong relationship builder, you’ll collaborate well with colleagues, able to influence at all levels as well as develop and train others.
