TRH The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester's Household is responsible for organising the domestic and overseas official programme in support of His Majesty The King, as well as overseeing commitments relating to TRH's own Patronages and portfolios of work.
Key Responsibilities
- As Programme Coordinator to The Duke of Gloucester, you will provide important logistical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day running and execution of His Royal Highness’s programmes.
- Supporting the Senior Programme Coordinator, you will be involved with planning all aspects of official visits and events, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and hosts alike.
- You will also assist with internal and external enquiries, and prepare correspondence and briefings, expanding your existing administration skills within a truly unique environment.
- With relevant, or transferable experience in a similar role, you will be an excellent administrator, have good drafting skills and a real eye for detail.
- Highly efficient and organised, you will be confident prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- With a confident and professional communication style, you will liaise easily with a wide range of individuals and organisations.
- Combined with strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications, you will be able to prepare a range of documents and correspondence.
