As a Ledger Administrator, you’ll join a small team of professionals who provide comprehensive financial support for the Privy Purse.

Key responsibilities:
  • You’ll process invoices and be responsible for various reconciliations.
  • You’ll make sure every purchase is processed correctly, with appropriate approvals and within the agreed timescales.
  • From day one you’ll have responsibility for your own workload, be it coding invoices, reconciling statements or checking supplier details.

Equipped with strong IT skills, you’ll be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
