Key Responsibilities:- With operational responsibility for a specific portfolio, you’ll support your team in responding to letters sent by the public regarding social, community and national matters, and draft bespoke responses that answer varying and often unique queries.
- Working with fellow Senior Correspondence Officers, you’ll provide vision, leadership and direction to support the department’s overall goals.
- You’ll remain focused whilst processing a large number of letters, ensuring that the right response is delivered at exactly the right time.
- A natural team player, you’ll help review practices and drive continuous improvement, aiding in the creation of guides and best practice to meet the needs of the team.
- Recording and monitoring all correspondence, you’ll be proud of the impact your work has, and this will drive you to deliver consistently high standards.
- A capable and experienced administrator, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- As a proven leader, you motivate and develop a team to deliver to a consistently high standard.
- Well organised in your approach to work, you’ll be capable of processing a large volume of correspondence to meet regular deadlines.
