The Position

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction.

  • Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests.
  • Flexibility to work various shift patterns including evenings and weekends
