Highland Coast Hotels is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Dornoch on a permanent full-time basis. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and deliver high-quality dishes reflecting the Highland heritage.
You will oversee food preparation, manage kitchen staff, maintain hygiene standards, and contribute to menu development. A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not essential.
