Heartwood Collection is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our award-winning team across Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc venues. The role offers an On Target Earnings package of £42–44,000 (including TRONC) and a 48-hour contract, with bespoke training and development through our Stepping Stones programme.

You should be a passionate, vibrant people-person who can run service from the floor, support training, and assist the General Manager with admin, staffing and the financial aspects of the role.
