Mitchells Roberton is a medium-sized law firm based in Glasgow. As one of the oldest firms in Scotland, we can trace our roots back to the 1740s. Since then, and through to today, we work with businesses and families, generation after generation, to build strong relations that last the test of time.
We have an opportunity in our Litigation Department for a recently qualified solicitor (ideally NQ up to PQE+3) dealing with a mix of civil court work with a focus on commercial litigation, property litigation, debt recovery, and private client disputes.
The successful candidate will have:
- an ability to apply themselves to a diverse workload
- good organisational and communication skills
- analytical ability
- commercial focus
- the ability to assess options and risks and identify appropriate solutions
- the ability to confidently manage their own case load
- good IT skills
They will also hold a full and unrestricted practising certificate from the Law Society of Scotland.
