The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo (Charities) Ltd is looking for a customer service representative to deliver excellent service via telephone and email to our audiences and ticket buyers. This seasonal position is based in Edinburgh, from 14 July to 29 August 2026, with a minimum weekly commitment of 25 hours, extending to 39 hours in August.
You will assist with ticket sales, provide administrative support, and ensure customer satisfaction leading up to their visit. Previous experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
