Job Description

Widening Participation and Access Officer

Full Time- Permanent – Hybrid Working

Salary: Grade 5 £38,817 -£42,509 per annum (commensurate to experience) including London Weighting.

The post holder will play an integral role in delivering and reporting on outreach activities designed to increase access to Central’s training programmes, in line with the School’s Access and Participation Plan.

This key position will coordinate relationships with partner organisations, schools and colleges and ensure the timely organisation of outreach events, including risk assessments and ensuring safeguarding arrangements are in place.

Central undertakes a wide range of engagements across the UK, so the postholder will be expected to travel at times to events, including overnight stays where appropriate.
