The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, a leading arts university with a dynamic community, located in Swiss Cottage, is seeking an experienced leader to manage the planned, cyclical and day-to-day operations of our Campus Estate. This critical role ensures our Estate improves, develops and meets the highest levels of compliance through planned and cyclical maintenance.
The review of the planned maintenance is to maximise value for money through intelligent procurement, support our carbon and sustainability targets and address issues of accessibility. To implement procedures and processes, to ensure full control of our key suppliers, while working on the Estate and management hand-over of works to ensure statutory compliance, and meeting quality standards. Compliance to quality, safety and sustainability covering everything from facilities and security to contractor management and compliance.
