The Royal British Legion is seeking a Senior Supporter Services Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role involves providing operational leadership within Supporter Services during a major CRM programme.

You will ensure the smooth running of supporter care and income processing while strengthening processes and managing internal and external stakeholder relations.

A minimum of two days a week in-person at Haig House is expected, with flexibility for remote work.
