The Royal British Legion is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to drive successful organisational change across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. You will work with sponsors, project teams and stakeholders to assess readiness, shape change approaches and embed adoption across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Change Analysis & Adoption, you will support change from inception through to implementation, ensuring initiatives are understood and sustained with measurable benefits.
