The Royal British Legion is seeking a dedicated Case Officer for our Scotland casework team. This homebased role will involve travelling around Scotland to support beneficiaries with health, social care, employment, benefits, statutory support, and housing needs.
Reporting to the Casework Services Manager, you will assess needs, provide direct guidance, and work with partners to ensure integrated support while developing strong relationships with Legion services and external providers.
