£14.36 to £14.57 per hour (including night allowance). We're expanding our team and looking for both full time and part time Night Care Assistants to join us at Mais House.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to our residents, many of whom have served in the Armed Forces.
- Assist with personal care and support residents with their daily routines.
- Ensure residents' comfort and dignity at all times.
- Help with mobility, nutrition, and medication as required.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Shift Schedule
8:00pm – 8:00am (shifts on a rolling rota across Monday to Sunday). Flexible working hours can be discussed at interview stage.
Qualifications and Requirements
- All candidates must have a valid Right to Work in the UK.
- We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent care, putting people at the heart of everything they do.
- NVQ Level 2 in health and social care is desirable; we are happy to support you in achieving this qualification if you are committed to progressing your career.
