The Royal British Legion seeks an Admiral Nurse (Somerset) to provide specialist dementia care and support for families and carers. You will work with Dementia UK to empower carers through diagnosis, transitions, and challenging behaviours in a person-centred approach.
Role includes home visits, travel within Somerset, and a mix of face-to-face and remote support. Part-time four days per week, 9:00am–5:00pm, with some UK-wide training travel.
