We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Occupational Therapist to join us in the Front Door Team! This is a 22 hour part-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £35,676 - £42,811 per annum (£21,212 - £25,454 pro rata).

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Front Door Team.

The Role: The successful candidate will be supported by a Senior Occupational Therapist and an Assistant to manage a caseload of residents requiring assessment and intervention in the community. Support will involve regular supervisions, competency building and annual appraisal to ensure career development.

Your role will involve:

  • Provide a professional Occupational Therapy including statutory Social Care responsibilities.
  • Contribute to Service delivery that is person-centred and outcome focused with an emphasis on encouraging independence.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to address complex needs and achieve best outcomes for individuals and their carers.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, families, and other professionals.
