We have an exciting opportunity for a Data, Performance and Engagement Manager to join us! This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Town Hall in Maidenhead with some hybrid working, and a salary of £48,602 - £53,120 per annum.

The Role
As Data, Performance and Engagement Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of performance frameworks within Adult Social Care, ensuring data is meaningful, accessible, and actionable. This role combines technical expertise with the ability to influence and engage teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, SSRS).
- Lead statutory and local reporting compliance, supporting inspections and audits.
- Engage with internal teams and external partners to embed data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing data team.
- Champion innovation in data collection, analysis, and visualisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in data analysis, performance management, and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements (CQC, NHS datasets) and data governance.
