As a Social Worker, you\’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team helping adults manage serious mental health challenges and access the care they need to live well.Working Style:You\’ll be based in the Borough for four days a week, playing a key role in serving the local community. Whether you\’re working on the frontline or behind the scenes, you\’ll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference to residents\’ lives.What you\’ll be doing:This is a role where you\’ll make a real difference. You\’ll carry out assessments under the Care Act and other key legislation, working with people and their carers to develop clear, personalised support plans – including personal budgets and crisis responses when needed.
