This is a fixed-term post for 9 months to cover maternity leave, part-time for 26 hours per week.

PLEASE NOTE: The post will include working shifts between 8am and 8pm.

The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, Head and Neck Directorate, is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our Reception teams. The team is committed to providing our colleagues with a positive experience, assisting them in building fulfilling and rewarding careers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming patients into the departments
  • Preparing patient files for clinic appointments
  • Acting as the first point of contact for patients attending clinics
  • Arranging follow-up appointments before patients leave the department

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be willing to multi-task under challenging and busy conditions.
