We are looking to recruit a Retail Assistant to join our team based at our Midlands site. You will join us on a part‑time, 6‑month contract basis. In return, you will receive a salary of £6,609.20 per annum.

About the Retail Assistant role

The Retail Assistant will work 4 hours per day, 5 days per week on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support day‑to‑day operations within a busy visitor environment. This role will include regular weekend working, evenings and bank holidays.

Key duties

  • Prepare, monitor and operate the simulators / 4D experience and other relevant commercial attractions.
  • Deliver high standards of customer care through proactive engagement with visitors.
  • Serve customers at the sales counter.
  • Assist in the receipt, checking, location and movements of stock.

  • Excellent customer service skills, a friendly attitude, and ability to multi‑task.
  • Previous retail or customer‑facing experience.
  • Ability to work flexibly and contribute to a high‑performing team during a period of increased operational demand.
