We are looking to recruit three Events Assistants to join our team based at our London site. The role is seasonal, part-time (10 guaranteed hours per year with plenty of opportunity for overtime up to 31 March 2027). In return, you will receive a salary of £14.80 per hour.

The Museum is looking for 3 Events Assistants to support its events programme. This is an on-site role based at our London site. The postholder will contribute towards the set-up, operations and pack-down of public events as the museum looks to offer new and exciting events for our visitors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high standards of proactive and reactive customer care
  • Support the set-up and pack-down of activities associated with the public events programme
  • Enrich the visitor experience by assisting in the delivery of the museum’s public events programme, which may include but is not limited to Airfix Model 2 Club, school holiday workshops and other activities associated with large-scale commercial events
