The Royal Academy of Arts is currently seeking to appoint a Digital Product Manager to join our Digital, Technology and Insights team on a fixed term contract basis.
The Digital Product Manager will support with the execution of our product strategy and manage the delivery of website UX and infrastructure upgrade, development and maintenance projects. As well as assisting in the development and delivery of the RA’s broader digital roadmap, this role will be the digital product evangelist, responsible for ensuring that all RA stakeholders understand the vision behind our digital products and their role in creating something which works beautifully.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience in digital product management within a delivery focussed environment, with excellent understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritisation. You will be technically literate, with experience working closely with developers to manage technical complexity and make informed trade-offs. A methodical and organised approach to working, you will be confident using analytics tools to measure and optimise product performance and experienced in applying user research and requirements gathering techniques to inform decision making. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and navigate complex environments with confidence and tact.
