The Royal Academy of Arts is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Loyalty and Membership Marketing team. It is a particularly exciting time to join the team as we begin planning for the 50th anniversary of the Friends of the RA membership scheme in 2027.

The Marketing Manager (Loyalty & Membership) will lead the planning and execution of acquisition and retention marketing for Friends of the RA, playing a critical role in developing a 2027 programme to engage our existing members and to develop an anniversary acquisition campaign.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience delivering successful membership acquisition campaigns across paid and owned media with a strong track record of developing events, campaigns or offers that engage members or target audiences. Experience managing campaign asset creation from brief and production to delivery is essential, as is excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for design, bringing creativity to your work. You will thrive working as part of a team, contributing to shared goals.
