EA & Department Administrator - Artistic Programmes - London, W1J 0BD

Salary: 36,000We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive EA & Administrator to support our Artistic Director, Helen Legg and our Exhibitions and Curatorial teams, here at the Royal Academy of Arts.

This is an exciting time to join the Academy as we seek to expand our world class and uniquely wide-ranging exhibition programme to reach even broader audiences.

Working closely with the Artistic Director and colleagues within our Exhibitions and Curatorial teams, you will provide effective and efficient EA support as well as ensure the smooth running of day to day administration for the department.

About You To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience providing executive or PA support to a senior leader in a complex organisation, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and attention to detail.

A confident communicator, you will enjoy building effective relationships, coordinating complex diaries and ensuring the smooth running of meetings and departmental processes.

You will have a proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach to working, with strong administrative skills, excellent written English and a keen eye for detail.
