Salary: 21,453Please note that this role is being offered on a part-time basis, working 3 days (27 hours) per week, including weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and public holidays.

About this role

The Royal Academy of Arts is currently looking to recruit a Retail Floor Supervisor, to join our Retail team on a part-time basis.

As the Retail Supervisor, you will focus on maximising revenue generation through exemplary service and maintaining the highest standards of presentation.

This role is crucial in ensuring a consistent, on-brand welcome and customer experience as well as contributing to the implementation of the trading strategy.

Working closely with the retail management team, the Retail Floor Supervisor will supervise retail locations and on-shift operational functions including deploying the sales team, monitoring stock control and ensuring agreed customer service standards are maintained.

About You To be considered for this role, you will be a dynamic, customer care focussed individual who believes in putting the needs of the customer and your team at the heart of what you do.

With previous supervisory experience you will be familiar with working in a busy environment and consistently delivering first class customer service and optimising sales.

The ability to effectively direct a team and roll out key objectives initiatives is crucial as is your ability to deal with a wide range of people.

With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be able to adapt quickly and confidently to changes and challenges within the daily operation of Retail, the Front of House operations and the wider RA.

Attention to detail and initiative is imperative to maintain the high standards of the RA brand and exceed customers expectations.
