KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interior Design & Spatial Planning: Lead the design and development of interior spaces across our office, retail and residential projects. Plan layouts and select finishes, materials and furnishings that reflect our understated, timeless style. Contribute to the design and styling of our workspaces so they feel inspiring, comfortable and considered. Play a part in shaping future retail fitouts, helping create spaces with a gentle sense of atmosphere. Work closely with our property team and contractors to guide projects from concept to completion.
- Creative & Brand Support: Offer potential support to our brand and marketing teams during seasonal photoshoots, including set design, interior styling and sourcing props that help bring each story to life.
- Customer Experience & Design Advice: Support the customer service team with interior design and styling advice for customers seeking guidance. Help create resources such as styling tips or room guides to build customer confidence and engagement.
- Future Design Services: Assist in shaping the framework for a future customer-facing interior design service, including consultation processes, design packages, and service structure. Play a key role in expanding this function as the team grows – supporting customers in designing and styling their own homes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Qualified Interior Designer with relevant degree or strong equivalent experience.
- Experience across commercial, retail and residential design.
- Strong grasp of spatial planning, colour, materials and layout.
- Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A sharp eye for detail and confident, thoughtful presentation skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with creative, marketing and operational teams.
- Able to manage several projects at once with clarity and care.
