The Rowans AP Academy is seeking to appoint a highly effective Office Administrator Apprentice, to start from 27th August 2026. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, manage telephone enquiries and provide administration support to the school community. The candidate must have a meticulous eye for detail and be a keen team member.

This is a full time, fixed term role, Term Time Only +3 weeks. You will be paid pro rata to the Apprentice National Minimum Wage (actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £13,894 per annum). The salary is reviewed annually in April in line with the nationally agreed salaries. The working pattern will consist of 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day, as well as allocated study time outside of work for the completion of apprenticeship coursework.

The successful candidate will undertake on the job training alongside studying for a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, for a fixed term duration of 18 months.
