The Reception Volunteer is part of the Facilities Department which is headed up by the Facilities Manager.
We currently have the following vacancies:
- Wednesdays: The first Wednesday of each month 4.30pm-7.30pm
- The fourth Wednesday of each month 4.30pm-7.30pm
- The fifth Wednesday of each month (when it falls) 4.30pm-7.30pm
- Fridays: Every Friday 4.30pm-7.30pm
- Sundays: The second Sunday of the month 12.30pm-4.30pm
- The fifth Sunday of the month (when it falls) 12.30pm-4.30pm
The role is to provide a warm welcome to staff, volunteers and visitors to Rowans Hospice and is pivotal in providing high quality customer service and front of house functions ensuring that you act as the first point of contact for all enquiries from internal and external customers so that they are handled efficiently and courteously.
