The predicted salary is between 12.43 - 12.43 £ per hour.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join the team at our Lee-on-the-Solent Shop on a 16 hour fixed term contract for six months. In addition, you may be asked to provide cover for annual leave and absence during the week, so a flexible approach is essential to support the needs of the business.

Our Sales Assistants support our Shop Managers in every aspect of the day-to-day running of the shop; they maintain excellent housekeeping and visual merchandising standards so as to continue to ensure the sustainability of the retail income stream for the Charity. The post will also involve regular manual handling including heavy lifting, due to the nature of the Shop and donations.

Please note that the successful post holder will need to be aged 18 or over, this is due to the responsibilities of the role, including key holder responsibilities.

You will have the opportunity to work with a friendly team of staff and volunteers who provide a reliable source of income, enabling Hospice care and support to the local community when it matters most.
