Part Time 8 hours (Over a 7 Day trading rota), Weekend Working Required
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join the team at our Fareham Shop on a 8 hour contract, this will be across a seven-day working week (1 x 8hr day, 08:30 – 17:00) to support business needs and full flexibility will be required.

Our Sales Assistants support our Shop Managers in every aspect of the day-to-day running of the shop; they maintain excellent housekeeping and visual merchandising standards so as to continue to ensure the sustainability of the retail income stream for the Charity. The post will also involve regular manual handling including heavy lifting, due to the nature of the Shop and donations.
You will have the opportunity to work with a friendly team of staff and volunteers who provide a reliable source of income, enabling Hospice care and support to the local community when it matters most.
