Emsworth, Retail Volunteers. Our Retail Shops support the Charity by providing a reliable source of income, thus enabling support to the community through the Rowans Hospice Services. We have the exciting opportunity for volunteers to join our Emsworth Shop located on South Street. If you are enthusiastic about retail and would like to offer some time each week, then why not join our team of dedicated volunteers. You can gain valuable experience and make a difference by contributing to an area which provides an important income stream to the Charity. You can also make new friends.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sorting of donations
  • Taking payment
  • Providing great customer service to a very high standard

We are appreciative of whatever time you can offer, and we will work around you. We are especially looking for the time slots below:

  • Wednesday 1:00pm – 4:30pm
  • Thursday 9:30am – 1:00pm
  • Friday 1:00pm – 4:30pm
  • Saturday 9:30am – 1:00pm
  • Saturday 1:00pm – 4:30pm
  • Sunday 10am – 4:00pm (flexible)
  • Lunchtime cover most days 11am – 2pm

If you are unable to commit to a regular shift, we are also requiring volunteers to help cover holiday periods.
