We have an exciting opportunity at our Farlington Warehouse to join the Retail Business Support team as a Donation Collection & Delivery Phone Coordinator Volunteer. Various hours available Monday – Friday.
If you are enthusiastic about Retail and would like to offer some time each week, then why not join our team of dedicated volunteers? You will have the opportunity to work with a friendly team of staff and volunteers who provide a reliable source of income, enabling Hospice care and support to the local community when it matters most.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer service via the telephone
- Booking in collections and deliveries
- Booking collections in on the system
- Working with the Retail Business Support Team
