The Governing Body are looking to appoint an Admin/ Clerical Officer to join ourbusy Admin Team as soon as possible.
Weare seeking a welcoming, professional and compassionate individual to join ourteam as Receptionist and first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promotingthe school's warm, nurturing ethos and ensuring that all stakeholders receive apositive experience.
Therole encompasses a range of administrative responsibilities, includingmaintaining accurate pupil records on the school's management informationsystem (SIMS), communicating with parents via email/text messages and the School app, producing correspondence for families along withschool meals/milk administration.
Thesuccessful applicant will be highly motivated, flexible, innovative, andprofessional and dedicated to providing a high level of administrative supportand there will be a number of delegated responsibilities to oversee.
Trainingand support will be provided as required, making this an excellent opportunityfor a motivated individual who is keen to develop their skills within arewarding school environment.
Rowan School is a special school for primary aged children whohave complex speech, language and communication differences.
All our children have an autistic spectrumprofile and some present with challenging behaviours.
