Fantastic opportunity for a caretaker in the Wolverhampton area. U-Educate are currently seeking a caretaker for a full time contract (Initially until the end of December 2023) in the Wolverhampton area. The caretaker role is to start ASAP, ideally in September or October 2023.
Setting
The school is an SEN school which offers specialist provision for children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. There are 3 schools on the site, including primary, secondary, and a pupil referral unit. They are situated within a unique, urban forest campus set along a very active Wildlife Centre, with good transport access.
Role
As a Caretaker, you will be a key holder, responsible for the general school maintenance of the building and grounds as well as ensuring all staff have left the site before locking up the school. You must have a flexible approach to children.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working as a caretaker or site maintenance.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one.
- Minimum of 2 references, including your most recent employment reference.
- 2 Years confirmed reference.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
Hours of Work: Full time Monday to Friday – 10:00 am until 6:00 pm
Daily Rate £90.00 - £100.00 Per Day
