The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Job Purpose: Responsible for protecting, at all times, the integrity of the Company through positive and constructive actions and attitude. To support FSQ functions where required.
What you will contribute:
- Conduct routine inspections of in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality specifications.
- Identify and report any deviations from quality standards to the FSQ Manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality checks, inspections, and test results.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of quality assurance documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and regulatory compliance documents.
- Assist in the execution of quality control tests, including microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of products.
- Record and analyse test data, providing reports on findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Assist with coordinating complaints and investigations and closing non-conformances.
- Identifying and reporting any non-conformances throughout the factory and implementing corrective actions.
- Support ongoing compliance with all relevant food safety and quality regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and other industry standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Ensure testing equipment (scales/probes etc) is in full working order, through internal and external calibration, raising any issues to the FSQ Manager.
