Love creating calm, tidy spaces and that fresh-linen feeling? We’re looking for a permanent Housekeeper to join our friendly and hardworking team at Dormy House Hotel & Spa, one of Farncombe Estate’s award-winning boutique hotels. Perched high above Broadway, Dormy House is a luxurious home‑away‑from‑home where guests come to relax, recharge, and indulge. From beautifully designed bedrooms to cosy lounges and our award‑winning spa, it’s our housekeeping team who ensure every space looks and feels exceptional.

The role

This is a fixed term contract from May until the end of September, working 30 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and presenting guest bedrooms to the highest standards
  • Ensuring public areas are always immaculate and welcoming
  • Working efficiently and with pride as part of our brilliant housekeeping team
  • Supporting your colleagues and helping create a warm, positive atmosphere

Qualifications

  • A friendly, hardworking attitude and a great eye for detail
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
  • Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but not essential — full training provided
  • Reliability and enthusiasm to deliver a high‑quality guest experience every day

Details

£13.45 per hour, rising to £12.65 after one year. Plus tips, meals on duty, and uniform provided.
