Location: Lymedale, Newcastle Under Lyme

Salary: £34,400 inclusive of shift allowance

Hours: This is a shift role working 12‑hour and weekend shifts to support the customer site based in Newcastle Under Lyme.

The Role:

  • This role would interest anyone who wants to work within a team and learn about automation and warehouse logistics.
  • The Maintenance Technician will report to the Lead Maintenance Engineer, liaise with the customers operational team and will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the automation delivers the daily operational plan.
  • Ensuring Simple Planned Preventative Maintenance is completed in line with the Computerised Maintenance Management System.
  • Reactive tasks are managed quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring all information is captured on the Computerised Maintenance Management System, including booking spares, time, machine and fault information.
  • Ensuring a good level of housekeeping of all automated areas is maintained.
  • Adhering to all health and safety requirements.
