We are looking for a Team Leader to join us on this journey, and to play a role in the future of the service and be part of a wider team, who can be agile, innovative and future focused.
Location: Rochdale
Salary: £14 - £16 per hour
Key responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and support Residential support workers
- Promote safeguarding and positive support
- Support care planning, risk assessments and daily routines
- Act as a positive role model for young people
- Maintain accurate records
- Support training and staff development
