The Role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our front‑of‑house team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointment bookings via telephone, online, and in person
  • Handling patient queries and directing them to the appropriate services
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information systems
  • Supporting clinicians and administrative staff with day‑to‑day tasks

About You
