Hours:
- Term Time: 4 hours per week after school or weekend to be negotiated
- School Holidays: 8 hours per week split across 2 days

Job Purpose
We are looking for a kind, enthusiastic and experienced Personal Assistant to support a lively and engaging 6-year-old boy with Autism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and has experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 support tailored to the child’s needs and interests
- Full support with personal care and toileting.
- Engaging in fun, active play in the home and at outings
- Supporting communication and social interaction
- Promoting independence and confidence in a safe and nurturing environment
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children with Autism and/or learning disabilities
- A genuine passion for supporting children
- Patience, creativity, and a good sense of humour
- Ability to work flexibly and reliably
Desirable
- Relevant qualifications in childcare, education, or health and social care
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle
