We have an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering Team in Northwich as a Site Services and Legal Compliance Manager.
Role purpose:
- Own & Manage Site Services preventative maintenance (PM) system to include implementation and revision of maintenance plans/GMP and Assure actions.
- Ensure that all PPM activities are completed within the scheduled timeframe ensuring compliance.
- Provide technical and operational support to the site in the repair, service, operation, and maintenance of Site Services equipment.
- Ensure Site Legal Compliance – Inspections, Records, Training.
- Ensure that inventory is managed in accordance with the stores inventory process.
- Own & manage site services maintenance contracts, maximising return on investment.
- Provide out of hours support on Site Services issues.
- Own & manage required Compliance Training for relevant personnel.
Role tasks and responsibilities:
- Deliver the defined PM program with the scheduler, departmental engineering manager and operational team.
- Ensure that the planned maintenance tasks are effective and achieve the PPM design requirements of preventing failure before it arises.
- Ensure Site Service records and legal documentation is maintained in compliance with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
- Hold direct responsibility for the Site Services tasks and performance.
- Reviewing RAMS, Issuing permits to work, managing contractors, auditing and validating the work.
- Prioritization of reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and corrective maintenance for area of responsibility.
- Ensure Legal Compliance relating to Site Services.
- Own & Manage Site Services Budget.
- Identify and arrange required Training for relevant personnel including yourself.
- Promote CI initiatives using RCA tools, maximising efficiency.
- Adopt 100-year fix mentality, cascaded to your team.
- Day to day interaction with site services team, contractors, suppliers, security, and operations team.
- Ensure that all health, safety, and environment policies are adhered to by all personnel.
- Manage projects within your area of responsibility.
- Point of contact for Site Services for Shift Operational Team.
- Hold responsibility for site legal compliance for area of responsibility.
- Analyse service contract reports to improve service, efficiency and reliability.
- Own & Manage Site Service Contracts.
- Own & Manage Site Permit System.
- Contribute to H&S Compliance.
Salary: 55K-60K
