The Rowan Organisation is seeking a Multiskilled Shift Engineer for our bakery in Northwich, Cheshire. This role involves both planned and reactive maintenance to keep our machinery operating efficiently. You will contribute to continuous improvement and ensure compliance with all legal and business practices.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications, along with knowledge of engineering systems including CMMS and PLCs. The role follows a 168-day/night shift pattern, working 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off.
