About the Role

As a Night Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in leading and supporting our Care Partners (Senior Carers) and Care Companions (Carers), delivering the kind of care you’d want for your own family. Our unique household care model creates a warm, calm environment where residents spend time together in open communal areas, alongside the privacy of their own en-suite bedrooms. We focus on real living — from shared daily activities to the familiar comforts of home, including the smell of fresh coffee and home-baked cakes. You’ll care for a small group of residents, allowing you the time and space to build meaningful relationships. We believe care is better when relationships are stronger, and we actively support this approach.

  • Genuine enjoyment of teamwork and leadership
  • Passion for delivering outstanding care
  • Interest in dementia care and innovative models of clinical excellence

What You’ll Get in Return

  • Competitive pay – £24.50 per hour
  • Supportive, caring leadership from our experienced Clinical Manager
  • Industry-leading systems, including electronic care planning and medication management
  • Clear communication and well-organised night shifts
  • Ongoing training, development and real career progression
  • Regular appreciation and recognition
  • A safe, welcoming and fun working environment
  • Social events and a strong sense of team
