I'm a boy, 10 years old and live in Merthyr with my family. My family and my Social Worker would like for me to gain confidence and independence outside my family home. I would enjoy 1-2-1 play and interaction which will develop my social skills. I need to gain tolerance to a variety of different social locations for example, inside shops, buildings and outdoors. I would also like to play with other children and I enjoy playing outdoors visiting parks etc.

To enable my independence, I will need a Personal Assistant to spend time each week supporting me to go out in the community. I also require an additional 5 hours per week 1:1 care at home. I think I'm already quite independent, but I do struggle to ensure my own safety. I will need reminding to stay safe throughout sessions.
