This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, I am looking for a waking night personal assistant to support my 3-year-old son for 1-2 nights per week. My son has severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and cerebral palsy. He uses a CPAP machine to support his breathing and a CEF (continuous enteral feeding) throughout the night which requires changing at 00:00., Main duties include supporting the young boy throughout the night to ensure his parents can have a good night rest. Full training will be provided on all aspects of his care needs including CPAP, medication, suctioning and feed changes.

You should have a thorough understanding of personal safety.
