Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Contract Type: Temporary / Locum (flexible sessions available)

Salary: Weekday £79.00 Weekend £84.00 hourly/rate

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Locum GP to provide cover for our practice. This role offers flexibility in working hours and sessional commitments, making it ideal for GPs who value variety and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment across all age groups.
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical services.
  • Work collaboratively with practice staff, including nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrators.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with GMC and NHS standards.

Requirements

  • Medical degree and full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Completed GP training and certification (MRCGP or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in UK general practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
